How to take up your exclusive benefit
- Check to see if your company is part of the Corporate Dental Program.
- Download and print your $100 service voucher (one per person every 12 months) from your company intranet or speak with your HR department.
- Call our practice to book an appointment for your dental care, mentioning that you are part of our DENTAL CARE NETWORK™ Corporate Dental Program.
- Display your $100 service voucher to reception when you arrive at your appointment.
- On completion of your treatment, you will receive $100 off your dental treatment, so you only need to make payment for the remainder of your treatment.

One voucher per person every 12 months (based on their last visit not calendar year). Voucher is only valid to employees of the partnered companies. Voucher cannot be used with any other offer.
